- To become eligible for AIIMS PG entrance exam, aspirants applying for MD/MS must possess an MBBS degree and BDS degree is a requirement for pursuing MDS. The degree should be from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India. The compulsory one-year rotatory internship is another requirement. Candidates belonging to General/OBC category must have secured a minimum 55% aggregate in MBBS, whereas SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5%.
