Subject wise tips on how to deal with exam anxiety and do preparation of NEET Exam 2020

After boards, NEET is stressing students as there are no school or coaching centres that are open due to covid 19 lockdown, and the only option left for student is online classes for NEET Preparation.
Many teachers are taking online classes to make sure that students complete their courses and prepare well for exams. But many aspirants feel anxious and stressed while preparing for the most important exam of their life.
Some important tips to prevent exam anxiety while preparing for NEET during the lockdown are :
- Just be 100% sure that you are prepared for your exam well. If you have any doubts about your preparation then don’t think of doing it later.
- Your daily routine with proper timings should be prepared.Follow your time table which is very important in preparation.
- Get rid of from social media sites and cellphone during these exam times.

Recently, HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank announced the date for NEET examination and the revised date is from the May 3 to July 26.

- BIOLOGY SECTION
In order to secure a good rank, students should consult with faculty and practice sample papers on a regular basis. Time management is also one of the key factors for success and will come with practicing the mock papers daily.
This section includes 90 Questions that carry 360 marks. The important chapters one should focus on and do multiple revisions include Genetics, Human physiology and Plant physiology.

- PHYSICS SECTION
This is the toughest of all the section comprises of 45 questions, which carries 180 marks, dominated by topics such as Electrostatics, Mechanics and Electronics. Avoid difficult topics and concentrate on topics on which you have a strong grasp.

- CHEMISTRY SECTION
And last but not the least ,chemistry section in the NEET exam includes 45 questions that carry 180 marks,it contains three sections- organic, inorganic and physical chemistry, dominated by physical and organic chemistry.
